If you just need a standard setup of: 3X3 Guitar, or 6-in-line Guitar, I can supply you with these no problem!
Or, you can also order "Custom setups" in just about any type of unusual setup you can think of:
Left handed (or reverse head stock) setups for Guitar or Bass.
4 left x 2 right Guitar,
4 left x 3 right 7 string Guitar,
Just about any setup you need!
Add on, or subtract single tuners, so that you can create your own custom sets multi string 5, 7, 9, and 12 string Guitar or Bass.
*!*!*!Important note on setups:Please be sure to specify what side of the head stock you want each of your tuners to be on, as seen while facing the head stock...
Example:
 6-in-line left side of head stock (Right handed) 6-in-line right side of head stock (Right handed with a Reversed head stock) 6-in-line right side of head stock (Left handed)Standard right handed "Strat" has all of it's tuners on the left side of the head stock, (as seen while facing the head stock).
Please be absolutely sure of this before you send me your order.
Also: for 3x3 sets this doesn't matter, because 3x3's work the same way for both left or right handed instruments...

The way drop ship Sperzel orders work is: your order is Emailed to Sperzel, as soon as I receive your payment.
Then, when your order is ready, they will "Drop Ship" the order to your address by way of UPS insured.

Shipping Time
Most Custom or Unusual Sperzel orders are averaging at 4 weeks (*sometimes even longer), so please be patient while waiting for your order.
*This is often due to a huge increase in orders at Sperzel, or even the rare case where they are backordered on parts.
If this happens to your order: please be patient, because there is really nothing I (or Sperzel) can do about slow orders, and/or backorders.
I can definitely assure you that they are planning on getting your orders out to you as soon as possible; it is definitely a high priority to them.
I can also assure you that it will be well worth the wait when you get your cool new custom set of Sperzels!!
 Estimated Shipping for D-Things
All D-Things are hand-made by Bob Sperzel himself, so it is impossible to give any kind of an "estimated shipping date" on the D's....
However; I can tell you that Bob WILL get your D' built A.S.A.P.; and that it is very important to him that you receive your D-thing in a timely manner.
But please be patient while you are waiting for your D-Thing to ship.

Returns:
Because all my orders are drop-shipped directly from the Sperzel factory to my customers, there can be -No Returns for Refund-
However, Sperzel will except returns for "exchange" on any items that are defective.
Or, if your keys do not fit your instrument, Sperzel will attempt to exchange them for an "Equal Value" set that might fit your instrument, -If- such a set exists.
If for some reason you feel you absolutely need a refund, please contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
My intentions are to make sure my customers are fully satisfied {within reason of course}...
